Carlton Luggage Warranty

The Carlton Worldwide Warranty is applicable against material and manufacturing defects. Carlton Travel Goods Ltd Warrants Hard Luggage pieces for a period of 5 years and Soft Luggage pieces for 7 years from date of purchase.

The Carlton Worldwide Warranty is not valid for damages resulting from accidents, mishandling, negligence, unauthorized repair, tampering, loss of components or accessories, normal wear and tear, exposure to solvents or acids, exposure to extreme heat/temperature and rain/water.

The defective piece must be delivered to the nearest service center at the user's cost. The proof of purchase showing the date of purchase should be produced along with the defective piece. Carlton reserves the right to repair or replace the defective piece as suitable.
